Come and join our Brunch club at KitchenJoy in Chiswick W4, for a couple of hours of culinary delight with a combination of Spanish tapas and British small plates to indulge your inner-epicurean and expose your senses to new textures and flavours.

This is an exclusive brunch devoted to foodies, transforming the Cookery School Kitchen into an inviting space and cozy memorable social experience.
There will be 3 Spanish tapas + 3 English tapas, followed by an Spanish and British dessert. A welcome drink is on us. Please BYOB.
MENU
1.Toast of Guijuelo ham with a secret Mediterranean sauce
Taste one of the most delicious Spanish ham with our special sauce
2. Patatas bravas deconstructed
Find out how give a fun twist to this famous Spanish dish
3. Pork sirloin medallions with chimichurri and ali-oli
Here we incorporate a well known Argentinian sauce along with another Mediterranean one
4. Salmon, egg & feta muffins
Huge amount of flavour from these flour-free muffins, feel really indulgent.
5. Cauliflower buffalo wings
These taste naughty, but are actually healthy with deep gorgeous spices
6. Lemon chicken with tarragon dressing in gem lettuces
Tasty bite size English style tapas, fresh and zingy
Dessert 1: Grilled season fruit on an oat crumble with cardamom flavoured greek yoghurt
Fresh fruit with a healthy crumble and intense spices
Dessert 2: Chocolate sponge with raspberry ravioli

David has twenty years of experience in developing and providing training. He has been working in Spain, US, Chile and UK developing workforce development training programs and dynamics for Universities and companies. David has a master’s degree in Chemistry from Salamanca University; he is a Certified from Harvard University in Science and Cooking. You will not only learn the HOW you will also learn the WHY.
