This is an exclusive cooking-cultural workshop that has been created by Elly from Hong Kong and David from Spain. In this workshop you will learn how to give a twist of dim-sum and tapas from the popular Chinese and Spanish cuisines making delicious and unique TapSum. You will learn the preparation of the stuffing and the delicate folding techniques of the Chinese dough.
And of course, you will have the chance to taste your very own TapSum! Besides the creative cooking you will also have a taste of the cultural- language "bites" (Delicioso! Haomei!).

He has been working in Spain, US, Chile and UK developing workforce development training programs and dynamics for Universities and companies.
