I: STRATEGIC PROBLEM SOLVING
WHAT: discovering the 7 steps building a successful strategic problem solving. Brief historic background of the method and example of its applications.
WHY: Leading the individual or the team to overcome their limits, developing new perspectives and points of view on reality and on their resources. The strategic problem-solving methodology is a process able to ignite personal and talent growth. This result is achieved after having identified and resolved emotional, cognitive or behavioural blocks that may be responsible of an incomplete expression of people's resources.
HOW: Through the use of unconventional strategies and logics, strategic problem solving is able to facilitate new perspectives on the reality, unexpected learnings, higher performances and sense of fulfillment.
